Shipping is free for any order value that exceeds CHF200.00.
There is a minimum order quantity of CHF200.00.
For all customers without a delivery address in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, delivery charges will be added to the order amount. Customs fees are subject to each country of delivery and will be charged separately by the respective customs authority of the country of delivery.
The Swiss Post will deliver your parcel. Together with our dispatch confirmation by email you will receive your tracking number of the Swiss Post. After about 24 hours you can comfortably track your parcel online at Swiss Post.
When choosing "In-Store Pick Up" (only for customers in Switzerland + the Principality of Liechtenstein), you can pick up your order in Urnäsch. In this case, there will not be any shipping charges.
Unless otherwise stated in the offer, shipments usually take about 10 – 15 business days on the average. In case of payment in advance, our shipment depends on receipt of your payment.
